DESCRIPTION:Back for a third time\, The Worcester Ring Run\, a 22 mile tour around Worcester and Droitwich. \nDOWNLOAD THE ROUTE MAP (Broken down into 4 sections) \nThe event starts and finishes at Droitwich Spa Leisure Centre\, Briar Mill\, Droitwich Spa\, Droitwich WR9 0RZ. \nFollowing a clockwise loop\, the route takes runners along the Droitwich Canal to join Worcester & Birmingham canal towards Worcester and Diglis (pairs changeover) over Diglis Bridge\, over Sabrina Bridge\, through Pitchcroft (Worcester Racecourse)\, along the river\, then north along the Droitwich canal back to the finish. The majority of the route is traffic free with only a few minor roads and lanes on tarmac.\nFeaturing:\nSpecial finishers medals for all\nRace timing\nCategory prizes\nMedical support & tail runner\nFully signed and marshalled routes\n3 control points on route with water\, energy drink and food and available\nInsurance cover\nThis run is for over 17s only.\nYou will need to finish within 6 hrs\, after which time the finish line will be removed and timing ends.\nDroitwich Spa Leisure Centre will be available for changing\, showers\, toilets and refreshments. \nCategory prizes on offer\, including real ale courtesy of sponsor’s Teme Valley Brewery \nFinish goodies and medal for all competitors. \nLIMITED PLACES – 150 RUNNERS LIMIT \nIMPORTANT INFORMATION – There is a £2 charity donation for car parking
