Please note access to cafe only – please ensure you have National Trust membership \, or pay entrance fee\, to explore the Rock Houses . No membership or fee required to use the run route  \nLIMITED PLACES – 100 RUNNERS LIMIT  \nCUPS OF WATER AVAILABLE AT HALF DISTANCE (after first lap) \nWITHDRAWAL POLICY – NO refunds will be issued UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES.
