DESCRIPTION:February 2017 Arden Attack Duathlon RESULTS\nBrand new for 2017\, an early season addition to the Duathlon calendar\, this time at the Heart of England Forest’s site at Middle Spernall\, Warwickshire. \nAs a “Rough & Smooth” duathlon\, this one is also perfect if you are new to Duathlon as we’ve engineered a road bike split for those not used to mountain biking. \nThe event consists of a 5km undulating off-road run route which will take runners across fields\, tracks and woodland (with a fair bit of ups and downs!)\, before heading back to Middle Spernall Farm. Next up is a 18km undulating road bike route on lanes and quiet roads\, then a cheeky 3km run to finish your legs off !\n\nEnter here\n\nRACE STARTS 09:30\n\nYou can enter solo\, or relay team of two (i.e. a runner and a rider)\n\nEntry fee £20 solo (£30 for team of 2 people) until 15th January\, then £25 / £35 until closing date\n\nCategory prizes on offer\, including real ale courtesy of sponsor’s Teme Valley Brewery\n\nFinish goodies and medal for all competitors.\n\nThe event supports Deaf Direct  – your local deaf-led charity\, supporting people with hearing loss.\n£1 from all entry fees will be donated direct to charity. Participants may make additional voluntary contributions as desired on the on-line entry page.\n\nREGISTRATION CLOSES 09:00  \nLIMITED PLACES – 200 LIMIT
