DESCRIPTION:Back for a second year\, The Wyre Wizard Trail Half Marathon.\nThe event takes place at the Wyre Forest\, Callow Hill Visitor Centre\nThis run takes in all of the Wyre Forest’s best features\, it’s beautiful yet challenging terrain provides us with a route through ancient trees and landscapes that the Wizards of old would have worked thier magic in!\nYou too can work your own magic with deft foot control up and down the many contours en route 🙂\nThanks to the Wyre Forest and English Heritage teams at the location\, we have created a challenge you will remember – running it in winter provides the potential for a memorable painful day so it’s guaranteed fun!!\nFeaturing:\nSpecial finishers medals for all\nRace timing\nCategory prizes\nMedical support & tail runner\nPublic Address and Commentary “shout-outs”\nFully signed and marshalled routes\nWater stations\nInsurance cover\nThis run is for over 17s only.\nYou will need to finish within 4 hrs\, after which time the finish line will be removed and timing ends.\nThe Wyre Forest cafe will also be open for coffee\, tea\, great cakes and hot food. \nCategory prizes on offer\, including real ale courtesy of sponsor’s Teme Valley Brewery \nFinish goodies and medal for all competitors.  \nThe event supports Kemp Hospice £1 from all SENIOR entry fees will be donated direct to charity. Participants may make additional voluntary contributions as desired on the on-line entry page \nRACE STARTS 09:30\nREGISTRATION CLOSES 09:15 \nLIMITED PLACES – 250 RUNNERS LIMIT  \nIMPORTANT INFORMATION – The Wyre Forest Visitor Centre operate a pay & display system in the car park. Please ensure you display a parking ticket or Forestry parking permit. \nWITHDRAWAL POLICY – NO refunds will be issued UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES. You may however TRANSFER your entry ONCE to another DirtRun event . YOU MUST NOTIFY THE ORGANISER BEFORE THE EVENT TAKES PLACE.
